Lily was lucky enough to spend some time with her Grandmas this week. On Wednesday, Lily and I braved the mall with Grandma Williams and survived with flying colors! Apparently Lily thinks shopping is pretty boring since she slept almost the whole time. Maybe it was because we weren't shopping for her:) She thoroughly enjoyed Grandma Williams holding her close while Mom tried on shoes and clothes. Thursday, Grandma Quale made the trip to the cities to spend the night. Lily was thrilled to snuggle with her Grandma on the couch while Mom and Grandma Quale chatted. She hopes that she didn't keep Grandma up too much at night:) Lily can't wait to see Grandma and Grandpa and many of her Quale relatives next weekend at the annual Corn Feed in New London.

Hi Lily! Everybody knows driving in the cities is not one of my favorite things to do, but every ounce of stress magically disaqppeared as soon as I was able to snuggle with you (and visit with your mom and dad). Thanks for letting me stay in your room. I can't wait for the rest of the family to meet you. They all know how beautiful you are and are anxious to get their first real look at you.
