After many open houses, showings, and searches on the web, we have finally found a house! We are so excited! We just had our inspection last night and everything went smoothly so now we really feel like this is going to happen. We feel very lucky to get this house since it was listed on a Friday night, we saw it on Sunday (along with 16 other interested parties over the weekend), and decided to make an offer on Monday. We knew we had to move quickly because of the interest in the house, but we also knew we had found a great one. We are closing on July 10th and will probably move in that following weekend. Finally, Lily will have room to run and play!

The glass sliding doors lead to the deck which has stairs down to a paver patio in the back yard.

Downstairs, there is a large amusement room, storage, and utilities room. There is lots of hardwood all throughout the house so we'll have to buy lots of rugs!

Fenced in backyard with a play set included. There is plenty of room for Lily (and baby#2) to run and play!
