Hello Lily!

One day last week, I noticed Lily was flailing just one arm instead of both...the next day she waved to Dave when he came home from work! Now, she waves "Hi" all of the time. Obviously she doesn't quite grasp the idea that you only need to wave once when you see someone. She waves to me from her high chair, while playing on the floor, and when I get her from her crib. Maybe she's just practicing:) Even so, it's adorable!

This past weekend, we finally enjoyed some family time together and went to Como Zoo. This was Lily's first visit to the zoo and I think she enjoyed it. She spent most of the time squealing! Her favorite animals were the giraffes, spider monkeys, and polar bears. I think she's going to enjoy it even more the older she gets.
