Here I am at 32 weeks. I have quite the "bump" now, right? I took my last trip up to the cabin this past weekend with my parents. I wanted to get up there one last time before our little girl comes. It was very relaxing, although the weather wasn't the best. It was still the the worry-free weekend I was looking for. Plus, my sweet friend Jenny surprised me on Saturday by coming up for the day. What a treat! Now, the madness begins. I'm flying (with my mom) out to San Francisco to visit Nicole this weekend. Don't worry...I got ok'ed by my doctor to fly:) It will be my last trip from home and I don't think I would want to take it any later. I'm getting so big that traveling is less and less comfortable. At least I can get up whenever I want on the plane. We have a fun girls' weekend planned, including an overnight trip to Monterey. I'm really looking forward to it! After that, my weekends are full of childbirth classes and showers. These will be a lot of fun too since I'll get to see a lot of friends and family I haven't seen recently. Beware though, I'm going to look as if I might pop!
I can't believe that our girl is coming in less than 2 months! The scary thing is, that means that she's going to have to come out! At least everything has been going smoothly so far. She's seems to be growing well ( I measured right on again at my appointment yesterday) and she certainly is moving around a lot. My belly completely changes shape now when she shifts around. That should give you an idea of just how big she is now! I can't really put into words how excited we are to meet her.
