Audrey - 11 months

Audrey is 11 months old and all of the sudden we're staring and one year before we know it!
I think the only reason Audrey stayed put for these pictures is because the grass was prickly and wet so she didn't want to crawl on it. Lily calls this Audrey's grumpy picture. It just makes me laugh:)

Audrey has become a little pickier with food. I'm trying to stop baby food completely but am worried she won't eat enough different fruits and veggies in the big person version. I don't want another picky eater!
Audrey likes to push the bus one way until it bumps into something. Then she works her way around to the front of the bus and uses the handle bars to push in the other direction. Then once is bumps something she goes back to the back of the bus. She'll go back and forth several times.

Audrey has changed a lot in the past month. She is "talking" a lot more. She says "Ga Ga", "Da Da", and clicks her tongue sometimes. She also is back to waving and clapping a lot more. Audrey even has blown some kisses (mostly to Dad). She sort of plays catch by rolling or tossing a ball back and forth. She has quite an arm so sometimes you have to watch out. Another really fun thing she's started doing is dancing! She is hilarious. It started with rocking on her hands and knees, then progressed to knee bobbing while standing. Now, she likes to step side to side and shake her head to the music too. The last time we drove to Nana and Papas house, I put music on and she was swinging her head side to side the whole time the music was on. Adorable! The biggest change in Audrey is that she is WALKING. She started to get braver and braver by taking an independent step or two between things or people. Then all of the sudden she took off. She can walk a good 10-12 steps by herself and even turn directions or pause along the way. Although crawling is still her preference (since she is super fast) she's been walking more and more and will soon be a pro!
