I am way behind on posting, but I'll start with just a bunch of random pictures from the last couple of weeks. I'll try to get the others posted asap!
I'm not sure if I ever posted this, but Lily is definitely left-handed.
Audrey really enjoys being read to. She likes to grab at the pages though so I have to be careful!
Audrey has gotten much better at eating rice cereal. We'll be started other baby food as soon as I can get to the grocery store to get some!
Audrey has gotten better at sitting in her Bumbo seat. She's gotten a little chubbier so she doesn't slide around in there as much!
Lily sporting her new St. Olaf t-shirt. I couldn't resist getting Ole shirts for the girls when I was there for my basketball alumni game. I'll try to get a picture of the two girls wearing them together!
I'm still swaddling Audrey since she still seems to like it. I am anxious to get rid of it though just because it's a pain to do. I swaddled Lily until she was over 6 months old so we'll see. I did try one nap recently with one arm out of the swaddle and it went okay, but not great. She was also teething though, so it wasn't the best time to try it.
Baker Lily and I made Chunky Double Chocolate Cookies and they were delicious!
This is obviously an older picture with the Christmas tree in the background. I just like Lily's expression and that she's wearing her fancy shoes. She's getting much better at walking in them!
Audrey really likes the exersaucer! Now she doesn't need to be propped up in there anymore. She likes to dance around and mouth/chew on every toy on there!
Lily finally is letting me put ponytails in her hair. I was about ready to cut it off because she never let me put anything but a barrette in it. I got some new ponytail holders and let her pick what colors she wants. She still has to be distracted for me to do it, but it's worth it!
Sitting is fun! Audrey can balance a little while on her own, but she still has a ways to go before she is an official sitter.
