4 Months Old

Here is Lily in an exersaucer we borrowed from our friends. She is a little small in it, but really enjoys being able to practice her standing while looking at new toys.

Lily turned 4 months old on Sunday! She is a big girl and was mistaken for a 6 month old in the doctor's waiting room. As we thought she would be, she is still in the 90th percentile for height and weight. She weighs 16.0 lbs and is 25.6 inches long. She is already growing out of 6 month-sized clothing so believe it or not we will be buying 9 month sizes soon! That just blows me away. I was packing away her newborn clothes away recently and I held up a tiny onesie to her. It was ridiculous! It made me sad though because it demonstrated how fast she is growing up. It's interesting how I find myself getting so focused on the next big accomplishments and milestones she has (including growing!) that I forget to enjoy the stage she is at now. Before we know it she will be crawling around!
