Audrey 13 (and a half) months old

Audrey is now 13 and a half months (maybe I'll just everything on the half month!). She seems to have changed so much in the past several weeks! She is understanding so much and her little personality is coming out ever more! Above, she is wearing Grandma's fleece. She just walked around the house un-phased by her giant outfit:)

Audrey has started pointing at things she wants or when she wants to know what something is (ie. in a book). It's been really helpful for communication.

Audrey continues to love her puppy (she HAS to have it during ECFE daycare), but she also likes the baby dolls we have. She'll give them hugs and even try to feed them a bottle.

Sporting her "Hoot Hoot I'm Cute" pajamas and her new slippers.

Audrey has started to work on her fine motor skills more and is putting toys inside of containers, has attempted puzzles, and even tried to scribble a little. As for large motor skills, just try to catch her. She is running, and I mean really running. She has been known to climb up on the top of kid chairs and the ride-on bus and stand up. Daring little girl. I'm just fearful of when she gets a little taller and can climb on the couches. She has also attempted somersaults, but usually needs some help:) She gives a hi-five when asked and has starting nodding yes and no. However, I'm certain she doesn't always realize what she's "saying".
Audrey seems to understand most of what we ask or tell her however, she still doesn't have any specific words (although she still says Mama and Dada somewhat discriminately). We caught her humming along to "Wheels on the bus" the other day so maybe we'll have another singer/music lover. Lastly, Audrey has made it through 4 more teeth coming in and has all her canines in. Now, she just needs her second set of molars and she'll be done with teething!
